Well hello there!
I welcome you! I am your Gentle Shepherd, and I am so delighted to have you visit with Me! You are welcome to come into My heart any time, day or night. Let's just have a little chat first, and then I would love to show around My webhome!
As you have probably heard, Father's and My Hearts are ALWAYS open, We never sleep, and We are with each and every one of you at all times as though you were the only person in the entire universe. Seems impossible to believe? Not for My Father and Me! After all, We created you! We created the lands and the seas, and the moon and the stars, and the Universe and all the creatures and flowers that you enjoy. And Oh, how We had so much fun thinking up some great things for you to enjoy.
Father and I both have a wonderful sense of humor. Laughter is like merry medicine! We love to laugh! That is why we created the giraffe and the zebra, and the anteater and the emu's. What do you think of the huge elephant with that looooong nose, and skinny little tail? And how bout that fat fellow called a rhinoceros that has that very peculiar horn right in the middle of his snout! Funny looking, aren't they? They are great, and We sure had fun creating them for you. Enjoy! And please do take care of them. They are very special to Us, as are ALL of the creatures and vegetations that We created for your needs and your pleasure.
But wait! We have something even more beautiful planned for you! We love each and every single one of you so very very much that We came up with plan...a Divine Plan.....an Invitation, if you will. We want each of you to one day come live with Us in Our very Special Home!
We have many, many mansions prepared for you, the foundations of which are made of jewels, the walls are of jasper, and the gates are made of pearls, while the main streets are lined with purest gold. But what is so truly special about Heaven is what ISN'T there! There will be no weeping, no tears, no pain, nor sadness. You will all be made well and whole again, and We will all live together rejoicing and singing in perfect harmony and in eternal joy and happiness!
But, My dear flock, more about that later! For now, let Me show you around here to acquaint you with the various areas of My new website! Right now, things are in a bit of disarray, as My webmistress is getting old and tattered, and a wee bit slow, (just think how long it took Noah to build the Ark!) but she will eventually have several rooms for you to visit. But I am a patient Lord, and don't mind the dust and noise while she tries to decide where to put all the furniture, and to get things stowed away in the proper cupboards and drawers. In the meantime, We will just have fun poking here and there and everywhere; something interesting always seems to turn up when We least expect it!
Eventually, there will be a reading room where you can go to read some of the many stories of the ways lives have been affected by Our Love and care; stories of miracles, stories depicting the best of the human heart and spirit. Some of the stories will make you shed tears of joy, and yet others may make you weep tears of shame or humility. There will also be a music room, a chapel, a library, perhaps even a game room, and of course, a kitchen to drop by and have a little treat to take home with you when you leave.
And yes, there will many words from the Our Book, the Holy Bible. It is Our very own love letter to you, and contains words and instructions that will guide your steps in daily living, bring you hope, reassurance, and strength to surpass all trials and tribulations, and to guide you on your way down the paths to this glorious future Home that Your Father and I have planned for you. If you have one, read it often, carefully, and prayerfully. If you don't have one, you may go to your choice of several online Bibles.
The Bible is not meant to gather dust, nor to beautify your coffee table; it is meant to guide your path to salvation, and to help you to help others find their way, too. So read it, and read it often. You will be delighted at what a difference it will make in your life! Father and I planned it that way, just for you, My friend, because We love you so very, very much.
Come now, let us walk together. Here, take My hand, and I will keep you from stumbling, for I AM your Gentle Shepherd, and My rod and My staff shall lead and comfort you! Believe in Me, trust Me, lean on Me; I am here for you always, I promise you!
